Standort Niederrhein GmbH has access to the RIWIS online database.This enables us to provide a great deal of investment-relevant data on the region. We have selected data spectrums from the three largest cities in the region as examples:

Marketing the Lower Rhine

Standort Niederrhein GmbH is proactive in targeting the markets. We have been presenting the Lower Rhine region at the Expo Real in Munich together with partners since 2000. Expo Real is the most important trade fair in Germany for real estate investments.

The Lower Rhine region has also been represented at the main Dutch real estate exhibition in Amsterdam since 2008.

Active marketing begins in the region. That’s why every year we organize an event for investors and project developers in prominent locations in the region. We also promote the advantages of the the Lower Rhine internationally, especially on market survey trips, also as part of our foreign trade activities.

Our shareholders

Standort Niederrhein GmbH was founded by the cities Krefeld and Mönchengladbach, the districts Viersen and Rhein-Kreis Neuss as well as the IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein (Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Central and Lower Rhine region). In 2008 the two northern districts of the Lower Rhine region, Kleve and Wesel, also joined the company. As such, the company now represents the entire Lower Rhine geographical area.
