CHEMPARK Krefeld-Uerdingen
CHEMPARK Krefeld-Uerdingen has established itself as a leading location for polycarbonates and polyamides in Western Europe and is the world’s largest production site of inorganic pigments. Measuring 260 hectares, the CHEMPARK site has approximately 7,000 employees producing more than 2,000 chemicals. Rhineport Krefeld
Krefeld is taking off! The container terminal right on the Rhine has been operational again since October 2008 and offers trimodal transshipment services for the regional economy. The Steel Service Center from ThyssenKrupp on the west side of the turning basis is making great progress and will start operating at the beginning of 2010. More plots for companies that use ports can be developed here.
